Why make a website?
In a modern-day internet landscape filled with websites designed to suck us dry of our privacy, data, time, and individuality, taking the time to learn HTML/CSS and create something that's all my own feels incredibly empowering. I can express myself in any way I wish here and customize to my heart's content, unbound by the constraints of most social media platforms. It might look a little ugly or barren for a while, but it's mine.
But, most importantly... I'm here to have fun!
